Male Sexual Performance - No Ejaculation

This condition is better known as anejaculation - a state where the male is unable to ejaculate even after reaching orgasm.

It is easy to figure out that such a state of health would indeed be very very frustrating for the male and for the female as well. Males often associate ejaculation with satisfaction and success of the sexual act. Lack of ejaculation would lead them to make judgments on the same and more often than not be critical of it themselves.

Men suffering from anejaculation rarely have an abnormal orgasm. However, one major issue which can be possible is infertility. The sperm production does not stop and they can be used for IVF treatments for helping their partners to get pregnant.

Probable Causes
Some of the probable causes of this condition are:

* Damage to the urinary or reproductive system by any means
* Nervous system damage
* Prostatitis
* Sexual Inhibitions

Treatments
The treatment usually depends on the underlying causes. Counseling and Surgery are the two most effective treatment options.

Important thing to be remembered is that anejcualtion does not subject a man to impotency. He can still father a child by the help of various techniques.
